DMCA Copyright Policy

Dragonfish Entertainment LLC, doing business as DRGNFSH ("we," "us," or "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Continuum Studios to do the same. This policy describes how to report claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Plain-Language Summary
- If you believe someone uploaded your copyrighted work without permission, you can ask us to remove it.
- If you receive a takedown notice you believe is mistaken, you can file a counter-notice.
- We take repeat infringement seriously. Users who repeatedly upload infringing content will have their accounts terminated.
- False claims have legal consequences. Submitting a false DMCA notice is a federal offense.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
Send a written communication to our designated agent containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our Service
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice with: identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement that it was removed due to mistake, your contact information, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature.
