This Privacy Policy explains how Dragonfish Entertainment LLC, doing business as DRGNFSH ("we," "us," or "DRGNFSH"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Continuum Studios (the "Service").
1. Plain-Language Summary
- We collect what we need to run the Service: your email, subscription status, the content you create, and basic usage data. Nothing more.
- We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone.
- We don't use your manuscripts to train AI. Your creative work is yours alone.
- We use trusted third parties to operate — Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI processing, Clerk for authentication.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information (email address, username) via Clerk authentication
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we never see your full card number)
- Creative content you create — manuscripts, project notes, canon entries
- Usage data, technical data, and log data for security and debugging
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the Service, process subscriptions, provide customer support, send transactional communications, and detect fraud. We do not use your creative content for marketing. We do not use your manuscripts to train any AI model.
4. Third-Party Services
- Clerk — user authentication and account management
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
- Anthropic — AI processing (content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses)
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain certain data for up to 90 days, then delete it.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@drgnfsh.com. GDPR and CCPA rights apply where applicable.
